FIRSTDRAFT LLC (the “Site”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) will not violate the privacy rights of students as established by the federal Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) at 20 U.S.C. 1232g and 34 C.F.R. part 99, which is a federal law that protects the privacy of student education records.
Student Records: We acknowledge that by receiving certain personally identifiable information from its institutional clients, we may be considered a “school official” under FERPA. We affirm that we will not use such information for any purpose other than the purpose for which it was disclosed.

Disposal of Records: We adhere to strict policies and procedures for the secure disposal of student records when no longer required or when requested by the educational institution or the student.
Amendment and Deletion: Upon request from the educational institution or eligible students, we will promptly amend or delete student records in accordance with FERPA provisions.
